As a responsible corporate citizen, Prosperity REIT prioritise corporate responsibility and is dedicated to integrating sustainability within our culture and business operations. We believe the adoption of sustainable values is crucial for achieving long-term success. In light of the global climate crisis, which poses both risks and opportunities, we have proactively implemented measures to safeguard our business against climate-related risks, while leveraging sustainability megatrends. To support these efforts, we adopted a climate change policy that aligns with the “Circular to licensed corporations — Management and Disclosure of Climate-related Risks by Fund Managers” (the “SFC Circular”) issued by Hong Kong’s Securities and Futures Commission (“SFC”).

Prosperity REIT’s “Vision 2030” aligns sustainability roadmap with the UNSDGs. To tackle sustainability challenges, we seek to collaborate with diverse stakeholders to scale up our efforts. We monitor the implementation and progress of the targets in the following four areas, and report to the Board of Directors of the REIT Manager (the “Board”) on a regular basis.
